This number is from Halifax/Lloyds banking group fraud team. They can stop your card and refund if anything has been taken. I am sure this number is ok. It did start out automated - which made me wary but you get through to a person quickly afterwards. They ran over the acts from law, didnt ask for any pin information and were polite and what youd expect from a bank team. Actually nice to have a bank being proactive in preventing your money being taken.
