Utter bollocks. Don?t bother answering. Caller knows my name. In very broken English says he is calling ?from the United Kingdom Health Records department and he has a record under my name? I burst out laughing and hung up.
Long pause before background call centre noise, long pause before he asked for mispronounced name. I asked him who are you and what do you want , long pause waffle began. I said let me out it another way, did I specifically ask you to call me . Long pause, I told him I assumed that s a no then and said goodbye.
