Called soon after another unknown number
Answered a call from this number as it is a mobile number, automated message telling me that there is a criminal case against me

Terrible line in a stereotypical broken Asian accented English, "Hello, this is Dan from Technical Department of BT Open Reach". Hung up when I told him he was "a lying little scumbag talking bollocks".
must be a machine because just continues calling and I never answer, I might answer if I receive a text from this number
Asked for some person, not me. i said they must have wrong number. then some gobbledegook about my number being registered vodaphone.asked how long i d had the number. Told them it was none of their business and hung up.
Scam caller
They said they were local authority and asked if I needed any repairs, any dampness etc. I asked who had contacted them and this did not make sense. I put the phone down on them. She gave me no information whatsoever and the background was silent.

I have recieved several phone call from this number and they dont leave a message
