SCAM Said was from Virgin Media and problems with MY internet. Told woman it’s a scam and hung up. She had the cheek to call me back and ask WHY I’d hung up on her!!!!!!!

SCAM: recording of booming voice saying "this is the national crime agency...cancelling your national insurance number". I hung up.
This is legit. I called the 0800 number online first, then got redirected to this number anyway for the Stoke east team
