This is a open number which is used by hundereds of different people via a prank text messaging app. So to anserw the question, no it is not the same person sending messages.

Been called 3 times now. First time I answered, caller hanged up. 2nd left call. Third (today) they left a 4 minute message of background music. Ban the number if you can.
