Received a call from the little low life s at 10 o clock at night. I said hello, sounded like a recorded message saying "one of our workers have been trying to contact you" and before I even had chance to say "Fu** you" the little sh**s hung up! Get something done about this!!
Absolute scam. Claimed to be from OpenReach told me they would switch the internet off for 72 hours as our IP address was public and it was a GDPR issue. When I told them to make our IP address private as they actually own the internet, they told me they couldn't. I had to run a software on my laptop to do it. Literally do not do anything they say!
