PPI claims company. Asked for me by name, and said that they understood that I was recently rejected a claim. I corrected them saying I made my claims already and nothing was refused, your "facts" are wrong! Caller was like "oh, er...ok, then we ll take you off our system..." to which I interrupted "that will be advisable, as my number is TPS registered and this number will be reported if you call again!" Had just been passed my accisent file for a not at fault claim, I replied with 'Is that so?' I was asked whether the information he was provided was correct - Interested to see where this was going my reply was ' please proceed' I was then spoken to rather rudely ' There is no point proceeding if its not correct' and was hung up on...... Lovely way to spend my afternoon
An electronic message informed me that my IP address had been compromised by 2 different countries. As a consequence my broadband cut off and reset. I was invited to press keypad no 2 and speak to a technician. I hung up. This is the 3rd call I have received like this. The first call identified itself a BT but the last one gave a woman's name. My provider is virgin.

Phoned regarding a PPI claim I apparently submitted, which I didn't.
Had a Call from this number regarding Electrical system Insurance. When I said that I already had it, the female caller responded that it was with them, and because I had not claimed for three years they we going to reduce it from the current £180.00. I immediately knew it must be a scam, so I pressed the 'Block now' Button on my call Blocker.
