An Asian sounding male told me he was calling from BT. I have a malware problem. I need to switch on my computer so he can show me what the matter is. I ended the call. He called back and spoke to my wife and when she said she was here alone he called her a “fucking liar” My wife ended the call.

SCAM just about to check my accounts ( just in case I’m wrong!) but it was a recorded call alleging a suspicious transaction to a money transfer service. No bank id provided and asked to press buttons to connect to “service team”

After a car accident, where we were not the guilty party, they kept ringing us promising us all kinds of compensation payouts. They kept on ringing, even though we refused and asked not to be rung again. They were fairly clever on the phone, and systematically shifty, pretending to be a neutral advice line, rather than selling stuff, in this case legal advice. Irritating pests.

Called today, asked me to confirm post code,phone no,who I bank with, any loans outstanding & who with. This too much, I asked again whose calling, he said ? From Manchester. I knew something funny, phone code is Birmingham. Put phone down.He called back after few mins, not answered, check phone no. These type calls need stopping somehow.
