This is Scottish Power and they don t leave messages. They have been trying to contact me since I told them I was leaving to go to another provider. When you try to call the number back the phone is always engaged. I must get 3 or 4 calls each day but don t answer as I have number recognition and don t want to speak to them. They can call for ever but they are wasting their time.

The agent his name was Jay , 1 Never introduced himself or the company he is calling from, very annoying and rude, telephone manners are ZERO, reluctant to give details about his company which sounded suspicious to me and adamant to know if i have had an accident. With the way they are handling calls they will be out of business soon. They souldn t be allowed to handle such an important database with customers details on them.

Athough called approx 3or 4 pr day for about 2 weeks now, they still ring. No idea who they are, so annoyed they continue to attempt to call. I did try to call the number to find out who it was, but received the message that the number had been blocked. callers are aggressive and intimidating, threatening home visits and obtaining un manageable payment plans under duress. They never put anything in writing or offer an email address for contact.

Rang for 5 seconds then hung up. Probably a really expensive line to call back to, so don t bother.

Pathetic attempt to get a ?99 Ukash voucher by claiming the government wanted an admin fee for refunding credit card over payments! As if the UK government would insist on that form of payment. Persistent blighters though.
