I am getting a lot of calls from this number and I try to turn the tables on them by asking questions rather than supply answers.
SCAM / SPAM. They call you saying that it is from HMRC and that if you don't call back you may be sued. When you call back they ask for personal information and if you don't give them, they abruptly hang up the phone. If you receive a call from 02037445774 then go to the official web site (i.e. www.gov.uk) and look for the contacts and call the number indicated in the official site. No bank name was given. apparently there were two transactions going through on my card, one for Amazon and another larger sum was an international money transfer. I was invited to press 1 to cancel the transactions or 2 to confirm. Naturally I did neither.

SCAM claiming to be from Amazon about the iPhone 7 I had ordered for £399. If it wasn't me who ordered it, I needed to press 1 to speak to someone.
Didn t say what company it was just a PPI claims managment company claims that they bought details from a marketing database company. Missed-called my phone then only identified themselves when called back. Wouldn t trust any company that uses these sort of dodgy marketing tactics.
