A young Indian sounding female called at 0830 this morning stating that she was from BT and that my internet would be cut off in the next hour if that was ok. She said when asked that this was due to illegal activity on my connection. Being as I had only just started my first coffee of the day the female got an earful of language she may need to get translated.

call constantly for weeks but always missed the call as i was at work and they never left a message. answered the call last week and some guy in a call centre launched into the standard "we're calling about your accident" script, in interrupted him and said sorry but you've got the wrong information and asked him nicely to take my number off his list as i had a lot of missed calls from him, he just slammed the phone down! very rude.

I followed a discount code link for Dominos pizza. My payment didn't go through & I received an automated call from "Santander fraud department" tel no 0800 640 6114. I tried to pay with my TSB card, again payment was declined & I immediately received an automated call from "TSB fraud line on this no 0345 3511 688. Clearly a scam. Just used the same card straight after on Amazon with no issue.

The called us asking for my father, immediately the man started shouting being abusive and racist. When I hanged up he called again being abusive and racist. I have called the police and they are investigating. Please log any abusive : racist calls with police .
As per above we too received a very official letter addressed to our business supposedly from Commercial Director Business Banking ,Gillingham. BOS confirmed it was a phishing scam but be very careful as it was such a good imitation you could easily be taken in by it. Thank you to the person who alerted us on 17th April.
