Search against this number after someone called asking to speak to two directors saying it was "an urgent financial matter". Someone else from their office - company name Greenfields - earlier and spoke to our accounts manager and was told they could assist in financial matters. Basically, they prey on companies who are having financial issues promising to help. This is the third call from this company today. Perhaps the right hand should know what the left hand is doing!

This is an affiliated number belonging to a set redirected through a Company called Nexbridge Communications Ltd. They re a bunch of prats with nothing better to do than flog any old crap for clients and their call redirection service will show different locations where the call came from. They need debt advice themselves as their Directors are in debt up to their eyeballs! I will post again if I manage to speak to these people. I stupidly applied for a loan was refused now despite stating did not want my number shared I have a crazy number of texts/calls all promising a loan in secs! All nonsense usually a "broker" wanting to charge an upfront fee of undisclosed amount to a debit card upfront for putting you in touch with loan companies with no gaurantee of an actual loan being arranged. it s a company called Simply Financial and they are one of these Debt assistance companies. I finally got them to stop calling my number.
Caller said he was "Bruce" (he had a foreign accent, so I doubt this was his real name) from "Local Government Grant Scheme". I asked what company he represented; he said he was "not from a company. I am calling on behalf of the Local Government Grant Scheme". I asked if he was from the local government, and he said yes. "Which local government?" I asked. "Nottinghamshire," he replied. I asked for his phone number, and which department he worked for. He gave this number, and I said this was not a Nottingham

An automated message told me a warrent for my arrest would go out immediately if I did not answer the call by pressing one. The man told me he was from hmrc, asking if I was employed or self employed. He then said, after asking for my name, the call was made to the wrong person on the wrong number and hung up on me!
