Called to say could stop unwanted calls by paying £39.99 one off admin charge. Said they were from Telephone preference service.

I have come back every night from work for the past week and had a new answer phone message from them. They ask to return the call because they have an offer that may be of interest to me. Twoddle. I m ex directory and on the TPS.

When you answer your phone and if it s a number you don t recognise, DON T SPEAK JUST LISTEN! Wait for the caller to speak first and then decide whether to simply put the phone down. Big massive mistake asking for brochure. Plagued with calls. Politely told them I do not want to hear from them and now I ve have another 4 calls today. Awful company, high prices and more pushy than a used car salesman! I would sit on floor before buying from them!

I got a unwanted call from this number. Maybe scam.

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. Told me they were calling as id applied for a loan which had been declined. I haven t applied for any loasns and she kept insisting I had but said she couldn t tell me where id applied due to confidentiality. In the process of buying a house and the only loan id applied for was a mortgage which is already in place so very disconcerting. When I tried to question her she tried to end the call. Clearly a scam.

Got fed up with this number calling me so eventually answered, Told me I was claiming for third party accident i never had in kast 2 year when I asked with which insurance companies were involved I was told that wasnt important! So hung up, hopefully calls may stop now. Total scam.
