I made a purchase over the phone and instantly regretted it as I was worried I'd just been scammed, but I rang up Carphone Customer Services and it was a legitimate transaction that had gone through their system. The calls may be annoying, but the number is trustworthy.

This number has called constantly the past few days, always on my mobile first and when I don't answer that, they ring my landline, straight away. No message is ever left, really annoying. I've now blocked the number on both my mobile and my landline - if it's important they should have left a message, so I can only assume it's a scam or aggressive sales.
