If you have had a debt with Vanquis and start getting calls from this number then beware. Do a web search using terms vanquis, debt and this (or other) phone numbers - it may be a pursuit of DEBTS!!!

They phoned me saying they were from BT and trying to stop marketing calls (Like a kind of international Telephone Preference Service) and tried to get get my card details out of me. They read out my name and address to me then asked for the expiration date on my debit card so they could "verify" my details. I gave them a false one. They then asked for the "Reference" number of the card the big number along the top. I asked them to verify my BT account number (I m on Virgin Media) but they did nit see

Don't bother opting for "9" to be removed from their database as this ensures more unwanted calls. The caller's psuedo-authoritive tones serve only to bamboo...

Called at 20.15PM on June 6th 2017. Knew name and address. They said they left an energy tester! Also they would be calling for it tommorrow. We said no not interested. They then nastily said we will be there at 2pm anyway! I phoned local police. They said harassment caller also the number was a leeds number but the 4 after 0113 is not a leeds number. Some kind of generated number.

Received several phonecalls from this number. Unknown how they got my number, however the call is unwelcome and I usually do not answer. However this time I called back to tell them to remove my number from their database. The operator said he would do so.
