I received 2 text messages saying I had missed my delivery from hermes. I have not placed any orders and not expecting any deliveries.
SCAM - recorded call purported to be from Amazon and that my card was used to purchase items.
SCAM an extremely rude man who I could not hear properly, don’t know who he was calling from as all he did was lecture me on how to speak on the phone, the only 2 words I heard was Damian and financial, then asked me how I didn’t remember registering, registering for what ??? His voice was breaking up, didn’t hear 1 complete sentence, which I told him and he was very rude, loads of background noise, Hung up on him

SCAM - Pretending to be National Crime Agency notifying you that your National Insurance Number is being frozen and all your assets along with it. Probably an Indian/Pakistani poor idea for a scam. When I answered, an Indian man asked me how I was! Said he was from Perfect Preferences and told me it wasn t a sales call. Quoted my name, phone number and address and asked me to confirm them. I told him I wouldn t as I didn t know who I was talking to. He asked for two minutes of my time and when I told him No he banged the phone down.

Ridiculous scam, presumably trying to get my name, address and NI number. No government department would ever contact anyone in this way, and certainly never leave a message that inflammatory.
