Automated call, claiming to be from a bank (not specified) to inform me two payments had been made on a card. One to Amazon, and one an international transfer. Asked to press 1 to cancel, and another number to be transferred. This is the third call received in less than a week from similar numbers.
A scam call. Requesting checking bank account by pressing certain digits. Came from South of France. Obviously ignored call. Be aware!

Received a call from this number, answered and received an automated message saying my Amazon account had 2 large orders using my card and they didn’t think it was me. It said press 1 for yes it was me and 2 for it wasn’t. I hung up an obvious scam call as how can they know who in the household picks up the call as there might be 5 of us with cards and Amazon accounts!

I was unable to answer the call from this number because my screen was playing up. It did not light up in any way so I couldn't see how to answer or anything. A few minutes later I needed to make a call so I spent some time getting the screen to light up in order to dial out. Surprisingly this number was still calling me. Silent call - didn’t recognise number so was suspicious from the start. Answered by saying ’hello’ - line then goes dead. I guess the point is to call back and fall into some sort of scam. This happens so many times.
Repeated calls to a number that's only known to family and won't take the hint to leave me alone, and despite all the calls I still don't know who they are. Have just made an official complaint against this number.
Yeah, these idiots keep calling me too. My advice is to play along and waste their time. I spent hours providing them false contact and banking details. They got really angry when they kept asking me to confirm the account number. It feels so good wasting their time when then had full intentions of wasting myne / whilst trying to rob me blind . SCAM call from a man with Asian accent who said he was BT Openreach. I asked him if there was a problem with my BT internet. He said yes, how did I know that? I said well why else would you be phoning me? He said it's been running very slow for the last few days to which I replied that it's come to a complete stop because I don't have BT internet. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!
