Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? Claimed to be from BT and noticed speed of internet was low because of probable virus. If I started up my PC, they would sort it out. Asian accent with English name like Terence Granger. I asked for tel number and as quick as a flash he gave me the above number. Obvious scammer.
