When I wanted to deactivate my watsap account this number texted me with a watsap code and a link to click on. I searched it through an app that identified it as an O2 mobile number but name was Dstv a digital broadcast network from Africa
After a few (hundred) phone calls of me contacting them to see how they liked it, managed to confirm they are actually the online loans solutions company based at 132-134 ancoats street, and "the one stop loan shop" is just their tag line... Feel free to harass them back now you know :)
