Scam. They insisted I had asked for help with services and sent me an email to prove it. Email is blank apart from the only thing there - a button that says "Previous messages". I had no dealings with the caller previously and I know I haven't sent any emails. So it is clear that link goes to and does something fishy!!!
SCAM. Recorded message says that there is a "Tax Fraud registered against you". I guess it will redirect you to a premium rate phone line if you listen to the end of the message

Automated call supposedly from 'AMAZON Prime' to tell me that £79.99 had been taken from my account to pay the subscription and to press 1 if it was incorrect and press 2 for something else - Needless to say that I did not press either, it is total scam.
