Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.

I have had three calls from fictitious numbers being used by these criminals in one day. They are easily identified by crackling noises and indistinct speech. I said nothing. They quickly rang off. If I had let them they would have tried to get access to my computer.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Just had a call from them and when a I said I'd not had an accident, the woman just hung up on me. Perhaps a spell at Charm School wouldn't go amiss with them...

I rang this number back but the message on the call minder was quite unclear. Think it was Fresh Contracts or Contacts? no idea what they wanted. As usual someone phishing!!

This is FPC or Fredpay.com. They are a collection agency who normally act on behalf of Vodafone. They ask for your name , date of birth, post code etc. to confirm your identity. Simply dont give it to them and they cant continue the conversation !
