Had a couple of calls recently from this number, foreign sounding. They hang up when I start to say I am registered with the TPS.
Claims to be calling from Virgin Media, when challenged (I'm on TPS, I'm not in a Virgin cable area, etc) they hang up. Same outfit call three or four times a day, always from a different spoofed number.
Gave to unicef via mobile after TV appeal. Constant calls from aggressive marketing centre appealing for a monthly commitment. Started at £12 request and after verbal battering ...
