I have had three calls from fictitious numbers being used by these criminals in one day. They are easily identified by crackling noises and indistinct speech. I said nothing. They quickly rang off. If I had let them they would have tried to get access to my computer.

This debt collection agency uses auto diallers to harass people. My advice, when you see the number displayed, is either divert it answer phone - they will not leave a message, or accept the call but don t speak and immediately hang up, that way they pay for the call but get absolutely nowhere.

They called my number asking for me by a name I haven t gone by for nearly 5 years, so I am assuming that somewhere someone / some company, has sold on their client list. I said she wasn t available and could I take a message, the scouse guy gave Chase Alexander as the company name.
