Accident - robotic voice, used my first name, asked me about my "recent accident" (which I have not had) so I put the phone down.
Got fed up with this number calling me so eventually answered, Told me I was claiming for third party accident i never had in kast 2 year when I asked with which insurance companies were involved I was told that wasnt important! So hung up, hopefully calls may stop now. Total scam.

yes, as per all the other comments, this is Addenbrookes appt automated reminder. Rang my home and mobile several times but of course, no message. I have been waiting for an appointment time and date to come through and GP has chased on several occasions. The message stated it was a reminder that I had an appointment on (date and time given and Department). I have to UK based lenders that I am paying back and missed to payments due to being out of work during the pandemic. Why would my lenders send cold calls from Russia to collect payments when everyother person I have spoken to and all of the call centres have been based in the UK?
