Silent call Supposedly from a debt collector service but when I answered the phone it was totally silent and call was terminated after a few seconds from their end. They have called me once a day around the same time for the past week or so.

Called claiming that it was their job to review my life insurance as it hadn t been reviewed in a while. Pointed out that a) its not their job and b) I d like to know where they got that info as I am a financial advisor and I take care of this myself! She got aggressive and rude so hung up. Been pestered several times by this caller, so I eventually dialled back to find out who they were. A recorded message informed me that they were calling on behalf of the People s Postcode Lottery.
Call regarding supposed unsecured debts. Claimed to be from Citizens Advice or similar sounding name. Knew my name but couldnt tell me anything about the supposed debt I have so I said I wasnt interested. Scam call...avoid.

SCAM call received from this number at 1130 on Mon 19/10/2020 stating “THIS IS A CALL FROM BRITISH TELECOM. YOUR LANDLINE AND INTERNET ARE ABOUT TO BE DISCONNECTED. PLEASE PRESS ONE”.
