nAnswered the phone, after 15 seconds of silence, Asian sounding female voice just said, "Oh," and rang off

I answered and there is a delay for 2 seconds before the automated message starts telling you to urgently press option 5 to claim your PPI. I hung up, there was no way I was pressing option 5 and probably getting charge ?1,000 a minute!!
