SCAM / SPAM Didn't answer the call, but there are a lot of 020 numbers reported on Dutch sites today because of spoofing. Also in this case it seems to be about spoofing. Niet opgenomen, maar er zijn op Nederlandse sites vandaag onnoemelijk veel 020 nummers gemeld i.v.m. spoofing. Ook in dit geval lijkt het om spoofing te gaan.

I think they last called me around 2 years ago and are always very respectful. In a roundabout way, they are trying to sell a service, but at no point pressured me into buying anything. I started my claim in October 2015, and to this date have received nothing. They are a nightmare to get hold off and don t have a clue about customer service. I m now struggling to get my ?500 back!!
