This number has rang several times per day for 3 weeks and never leaves a message. When you answer you can hear someone breathing and background noise but no one speaks. Beware. Very fishy.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20814409xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, accident claims - classical "I believe you've been involved in an accident". Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
Central claims group. since getting this app I thought they'd all just about given up calling me and now I'm getting a load of new ones with unknown numbers! going to rate them all. so annoying!
