asked for me by name, asked if I d received my refund for ppi on a credit agreement, would not accept my answer that I ve never had one, said I must be lying as everyone has had credit, and my name is on her list and she s only trying to help me, when I asked her to remove my number she became very aggressive and said I was the one losing out, REALLY ?
