Called at 1350, phone was on my desk, I was away. Didn't leave a voicemail, didn't call back

I have received six calls from this number today about my computer, 17th June 2015, poor English, couldn t make out much of what he was saying. Each time I put the phone down he called me back, had to take it off the hook. He said there was something wrong with my router, very persistant.

I had the same text from the number mentioned, preceeded by a text from Natwest saying there was potentially fraudulent activity on my account - I ignored it, and then my phone rang and a recorded message claiming to be NatWest told me to call the number calling me (08453560020)...I decided to ignore this too.
