Beware. Asian sounding lady claimed to be storing my will and wanted to go through and check for updates. They knew my name and postcode. I hung up and went to our solicitor who said wills are held in their own store and they know nothing about any cold calls.

Some one from the "Phone House Company" Big old SCAM
They did not sound like they were in an office, the phrase was "Oh yeah, I called you about claiming money back from PPI, you done that yet?" Ironically I do need to claim some back but the unprofessional-ism scared me off of them.

Was told the caller was a surveyor and that he was checking about our loft insulation. He seemed to have had access to the time we had it done and also our address. He asked when it was done and was it part of the Government scheme as there was a problem with fibreglass. The line then went dead, but the call was still active as I could see the raised phone sign on my handset Very strange and also very worrying! Didn t give any further info info and hung up as soon as I realised.

Claimed to be Technical Dept BT Openreach, heavy Indian accent, had several calls from 01202 numbers (supposedly Bournemouth) all similar. Told her to go away (or words to that effect!) and hung up
