These are a real pest. Calls mobile several times a day, always silent. Just block and report them to Ofcom. They also call from 01290803466.
Rang at 10:10am then dropped the call when answered.

This was a recorded message saying that it was the HMRC reporting that there was fraud on my account. I should press 1 to be connected to the HMRC. If I did not press 1 immediately, I would be arrested. Believe this to be spam.
Called at 07.45am. Female caller said she was from Virgin Media voice sounded "far eastern sub continent", Call centre noises in back ground. Virgin media calls centres open at 08.00am. Can only believe it was a scam call. They hung up when queried about such an early call time

Keeps ringing after I took out a google advertisement, foreign caller have blocked
No idea who these people are but they call me twice a day 6 days a week. I refuse to answer as it s not a number I know and I don t need to buy any products and haven t had an accident. Have now got to the point where I will contact my network provider and have the number block - this is ridiculously harassing. Not only have I left the phone to ring but I ve also declined the calls, they never leave a message for me to call back bt constantly call!!
