Constant barrage of calls from this number always wanting to speak to the account holder, then to ask questions like name, dob, address.. just to confirm the account information? Well.. I made all the info up.. and passed the apparent acount security check!! What a joke. Marketing preferences are all unchecked so they shouldn t even be calling. Yes this is an apparent service call from TalkTalk however, they did also try to sell additional services. Time to make an official complaint.

This call seemed to start ok, they seemed to know something about my Mortgage lender and my details and they told me I was entitled to a claim without me giving out any personal information. Was transferred to a senior advisor who then advised that I need to give them Credit/Debit card details at which point I asked them to send me the details via an e-mail. They were very polite, courteous and appeared professional and did not get heavy but I was concerned at they request for payment details for a se
