Yet another random number pretending to be from Sky IT group about issues with my broadband connection. Indian accent, who gave his name as Charles. Got very aggressive when I suggested it was a scam call.

Agent claims to be from Windows Operating Systems - and will help you remove system errors from your computer. Asks you to provide remote access to your computer - in order for their technical guy to take you through, step by step, to remove any errors - which they claim will corrupt your windows files

SCAM/FRAUD - Silent call, waited for me to speak, then got a recorded message pretending to be from HMRC saying a fraud had been perpetrated in my name, then said "You must press 1....." I didn't get further than that as I closed the call.
