SCAM / Spam - number not recognised when you call back. Waited for me to speak.

Looked online for a physical number to call to get help from Google with my Gmail, I obviously search Gmail tech support and this was one of the first providers with a number. The site appears to be an outsourcer page showing their own brilliance and number and some not working official numbers for Gmail themselves (I tried each and off did not work) When I called the IVR seems highly unprofessional for even an outsourcer (I know I've worked call centres and outsourcing call centres
