Cold calling wasting my time

01268297675 - when you call this number back it says that their office is closed (at all times during the week!) I have blacklisted the number due to my severe & enduring mental health condition as 5he only reason for doing this so frequently with no callback is to upset people. I am aware that I have incurred arrears but I have time to pay via the dates on my 9nline account. The caller should be prosecuted both civilly & criminally under the Telecommunications Act!

Called me a few minutes ago today to offer me a deal regarding my debt management plan. I told them (truthfully) that I am ill and asked them to call back another time (which was generous as my debt management plan is working very well, and I didn t need to talk to them at all). I bought a washing machine and the service and delivery were great. But within a couple of hours the phone calls started. I just ignore them. It s sad that a company that gives such good service should use these tactics and blemish it s reputation.

A man called Angus introduced himself. I could barely make out what he was saying over what sounded like a busy call centre room. It sounded a bit like Pay Day Loan solutions. I heard the words "pay Day" distinctly.

Called me four times a day. asking to speak to me about my pre-payment meters. Told them I haven't got any and to remove my details. Still they call. Such a pain in the rear!
