This caller rang 15.50 Friday 1st feb 2013, it was a silent call, probably cold caller, Dam nuisance it time these calls were stopped, I don t normally answer unknown calls but if the number is a normal number its hard to tell who it is.
Calls to my home number daily despite being told not interested and to remove from their database.

Wetherdrive Tamworth Telemarketing - Coldcaller. You will receive a cold call from Emma saying they are surveying for damp proofing in your area. A man called Karl who is extremely rude tried to get my elderly parents to beook an appointment and told them he didn’t believe they had had it done already . Prey on the elderly . Break GDPR rules and won’t delete your number from their system. Be very cautious not very professional.

This is a telesales call from a call centre, sounded Indian. Knew my name. Trying to sell male enhancement pills! Abruptly hung up when I asked where they got my number from.
SCAM
I filled in a Saga online form for a health cover quote. This telephone number rang me within 5 minutes of filling in the form. As I didn t recognise the number, I didn t answer the call. I then searched and found out that it s a telemarketing call on behalf of Saga. I do not wish to be contacted this quickly, I would prefer to receive their email with my quote and then consider it in my own time.

silent then hung up. Usually what happens is I get some silent calls before the influx of thick Indian accents asking about my phone in the proceeding days. aka fishing for operational phone numbers via an automated dialer.
