Scam called re HMRC with a warrant for my arrest

Got a call and found a message in the voicemail. Incomprehensible language and blacklisted immediately
Fraud. Recorded meassage saying I had an order for £399 from Amazon, press button 1 to stop.
Automated male voice saying they from HMRC and that I'm being investigated for fraud, he states to press 1, if not a warrant will be issued and police will be attending to arrest me immediately.
