I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! Keeps calling. I haven t answered. It left a voicemail the other day and sounded like someone breathing down the phone for about 5 seconds!

Automated call about mis-sold packaged bank accounts . Option at the end of the call to press 9 to have your number removed; however, I did that last week and have received the same call twice since then. TPS don t deal with automated calls; to report this number, go to the ICO website: https://ico.org.uk/concerns/marketing/report-automated-calls/ Falcon & Pointer claim to be registered with the ICO and with the Government s Claims Management Regulator.

After I terminated my contract now calls me constantly to this apparent recovery number. So they do not get me back.

This number called and terminated the call before I got to the telephone. I tried calling the number but got no answer. Virgin auto telecomms said the number was unrecognised.
