SILENT CALL and if you try and call it back it is unrecognised. Looks like a scam or a spoof. The BT 1471 read this number correctly but it is duff. Prosecute whoever it belongs to.
Second time this number has called me this week and both times there was nobody on the line!

NOT SCOTTISH POWER. !!!! Indian call centre . I have never been with Scottish Power and just had new house phone installed with a new number 2 weeks ago so how they got hold of my number is beyond me as only 3 folk have it . Do not answer this call !!!!
