SCAM had this call yesterday. Caller talked about internet security on BT and couldn't identify himself

Said that they were calling about my energy when asked if I top up with card/key I just said it was inclusive with my rent and bingo, they will remove me from their records
This is a landline from Chippenham where we have family, got worried with an early in the morning phone call. Rang all family and they did not call so un-necessary calls to make sure not an emergency. Should not have to go through this first thing in the morning, it is a scam - not give it any of your valuable time.
Spam, called number back and voice recording asking me to stay on the line as my call was very important and an agent would be with me shortly
