Called but I was driving at the time called the number on my return as it was a local dial code went straight to an American hold services said 'the call is important to us...
I had a call from an Indian caller on this number today, acting on behalf of BT saying my internet was going to be disconnected as a virus had got into the system and my computer. I asked how it could be fixed (knowing the answer) and they said they could help by accessing my computer!! He also said he was London based. I politely, or not so, told him it was a total scam and I would be reporting him.
Life Insurance
SCAM Claimed to be from Virgin media. I hung up on them, then got another call straight away saying how dare I hang up on them, and they were going to come my house and f*** me up! Have reported to police.

This number claims to be from EON and tells you that your electricity contract is about to expire. it's a SCAM

Getting so fed up with calls from this number, and others including what appear as mobiles, telling me that my "home appliance insurance" with them has expired, or is about to expire, and asking for my bank details so that it can be renewed. Very strange that the company insuring me (they're not, of course) has no idea what appliances I have. Calls coming 2-4 times each day.
