Called me by the wrong name and said he was from sky. I told him no one of that name lived here but he was willing to continue anyway. Spoke with broken English. I just hung up but did notice the background noise was consistent with that of a call centre!
Knew everything about company inc. number of staff and M.D. name. Asked to confirm that all details were still correct. Then asked for permission to pass on to "specially selected third parties", when I said no he tried to sell that it would be industry specific and very helpful. I explained that as a 30 year old business we consider ourselves fairly savvy when it comes to insurance and utilities!
