They called me but hung up before they told me who they are. After checking the tellows website, I still decided to ring back to find out who they claim to be. It sounded like an automated response, and probably just the start of a voice mail message, but they said they are: Home Shield Direct I have never heard of this company before; they might be trying to cold call me for a sale. I am not interested; I seek out what I want. This is a harassment call.

Called me everyday this week. Saying my computer had an error and it need to be looked at urgently. Told him to go away and they keep calling very aggressive and persistant. DIFFINATELY A SCAM

Voicemail - American accent says from the County Court,

Automated bot calling,checking if you have been involved in an accident. I get these calls on all my phones (mobile and landline)

Caller hung up when I answered - tried to call back but got a 'no such number' beep tone.

Called twice today, no other details on who called me, line is from a "money saving" something. Do not reply.

This debt collection agency uses auto diallers to harass people. My advice, when you see the number displayed, is either divert it answer phone - they will not leave a message, or accept the call but don t speak and immediately hang up, that way they pay for the call but get absolutely nowhere.

hello all same thing happend to me but i got though to the number in question. they claim it was all some computer error relating to tiny comuter accounts. all very convenient how many people will not have notests. i have been told that they have been trying to contact afected coutomers but when i ask why i was not contacted they did not have an awnser and had my name and adresse. total scam that shows your money is not safe in the bank

Thank god for google I just had a weird feeling that he wanted my address so bad so thought I d type in google and here it is !! When I started my business 18 months ago I had a call from 118, regarding my free listing . I went with it initially, but ended up calling them to take it down, as salesmen wouldn t stop calling and I even had a few just turn up at the premises! I had NO legitimate business come through 118, they didn t even list the business details correctly. I have a CC with Vanquis Bank that is cleared every month if it has been used. I had £30 to pay when I get paid on Friday and they have tried to take it from my account.
