SCAM Pretending to be from D&G (Domestic and general) about my washing machine cover. Told me the price had gone down and just needed my sort code to identify it was the correct account. Gave him that and then he wanted the account number. Said it had to be done for my protection as it was a new direct debit for the new amount. “What can we do with just those numbers? We can’t take money.” Obviously they can and I said no. He still went on so I hung up. Checked my account online and dates didn’t ch
