Someone reported to them that my car was in road accident last 2 hours ago.Actually I dont have a car.
Called me up saying they were from "Support Assist" and understood I had recently been in an accident. After it transpired that this was not the case, the charming man on the other end of the line said "you fucking idiot" and hung up. Tried to call them back to glean a little more information - an automated message tells you to email [email?protected] - which bounces back. I will track them down eventually.

This is More Than pet insurance. I did an online quote, then read up on reviews. Decided not to purchase from them. Following day, had 2 missed calls from them. Why can t firms just leave you to decide if you want to pursue their quotes? Even if they had been in the running, I d fire them off for ringing me,unsolicited!

SCAM: An hour after an automated scam call claiming to be from BT, I now get a call from what sounded like an older Indian woman, telling me (again) that she is calling from BT about my internet connection. I told her that I have neither line nor internet connection from BT. She said ‘We know that …’ and carries on saying it’s about my internet connection. I tell her again that my internet provider is NOT BT, and she says ‘Madam, you have to listen to me …’ . No I don’t , so I ended the call.
