This number phoned but i couldn’t understand what she was saying there were people in the background on other call’s speaking loudly and coughing plus she was not English

texted me this morning saying 'hi' but nothing else. supposedly a 'business account' on whatsapp but sent unsolicited message? blocked it and received exact same message from different number j 2 hrs later. idk if it's a scam but it's annoying and weird.
Cold call re white goods insurance does not known what you have asked to confirm that all appliances are in good working order and the manufactures have asked to reach out to its customers.told woman on phone it’s a cold call and I don’t have appliances that need warranty cover. Got a call very early in the morn, early for me that is, so I was half a sleep, from a man with a Northern Irish Accent from 03002003884 asking about corporation tax payable, he knew many details including my turn over, he asked me to confirm my date of birth and address, I did this, all of this is of course available on the Company's House website. Then he asked for my UTR number, luckily I couldn't find it as I was very sleepy still. He said he could see money coming into my bank, then I realised that was

Fraud. Female automated voice claiming to be "bank security". Said two new charges appeared on my account. Hundreds of pounds on prepaid phone card and something for Mexico. Press 1 or 2 to to speak to support staff. Laughably worded but still evil and some will fall for it.
Called but then immediately hung up when I answered, very suspect
