These people are also telling you they are from United Utilities and only when you have give them your data will they tell you what it is about, they asked me to pay my o/s bill in full, I pay monthly so knew it was wrong and refused. They are convincing said they had sent me a letter and didn't understand why I had not received anything from United Utilities. Beware
