its from littlewoods, my son has an account with them, he missed a payment, so they now constantly badger him/us, his bill has been paid off and they are still ringing! Surely this is harassment!

Yet another fake “I’ve been told you were involved in a car accident that wasn’t your fault” call. The pre-recorded female voice - it is always the same voice so clearly they are the same single outfit - said she was Amelia Grant from “In Drive Expert Advisors”, which is an odd name, and as ever, when automatically transferred to the real human they rang off very quickly when asked questions. Lots of these con merchants around - be careful.
