0115 998 7607 Called to say I d apparently been in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I told them I didn t own a car or drive and had not been in an accident. They then asked if my family had been and thats why they were calling me. I confirmed again nobody had been in an accident. She apologised for disturbing me and wished me a good day.

You can confirm your redelivery at https://myhermes.online-item-tracking.com" I had nothing due and the web address they put is not hermes. If you get the same message DO NOT CLICK ON IT.
I have been told they deal with ppi/bank charges. Is this correct or not?
